Shipping Origins and Availability
All orders are shipped from our facility in Copenhagen, Denmark. We offer worldwide shipping, with the exception of certain restricted countries, which will be listed at checkout.
Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes or military addresses at this time.
Shipping Carrier and Methods
We partner with FedEx to deliver your orders. Currently, we offer only standard shipping, with additional options planned for the future.
Delivery Timeframes
- Within Europe: Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days.
- Outside Europe: Estimated delivery time is 3–6 business days.
- Please note that delivery times may vary based on the destination, customs processing, or unforeseen carrier delays. While we strive to ensure prompt delivery, we are not liable for delays beyond the estimated timeframes.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
All customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary by country and are not included in the product price or shipping costs.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Satellites Park Hotel is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping. However, we will work closely with our carrier to raise a claim and strive for the best possible resolution on behalf of our customers.
Tracking Information
We provide tracking numbers for all orders to ensure you can monitor your shipment. You will receive tracking details via email once your package has been dispatched.

- Return Period: Returns must be initiated within the minimum period required by Danish law from the date of receiving the item.

If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. If necessary, alternative refund methods can be arranged with our Customer Support team. Please note:
